Due to the cost of renting or shipping my bike to the US for 3 months I decided to buy and then resell a bike. It’s a risk but I’m going to give it a shot.
I found a secondhand Suzuki 650 V-Strom at Deland Motorsports in Florida. It was almost new having done 1200miles and is a 2022 model. All I added was a bash plate, hand guards and a GPS cradle and electrics. Although I really like panniers I decided not to spend more money having panniers added. Instead I brought a couple of saddle bags and an extra large kitbag.
